BROOKE CONNER
Brooke
graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
While in law school, she received the CALI Award for Excellence in both
Torts and Federal Income Tax. She received a certificate in tax law
upon graduation. Brooke was a member of the Loyola Law Journal and
served as student articles editor. Brooke also spent a semester
clerking for a federal judge for the United States District Court for
the Northern District of Illinois.
Brooke joined
the firm in February 2010 as a law clerk. Before joining the firm,
Brooke gained valuable experience serving as a Summer Honors Intern at
the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2008. She also served as an
extern at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority from August 2008
to April 2009. Brooke's professional experiences have exposed her to
civil, administrative, and arbitration proceedings, and given her the
opportunity to draft numerous pleadings and discovery documents in
securities related disputes.
Brooke
obtained her Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Miami University
located in Oxford, Ohio. She is a member of the American Bar
Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
